Living Labs

Access to soil health information is crucial for effective action and co-design of public and private solutions. Living labs and Lighthouses are a core element of the Soil Mission, transforming existing and new knowledge from the ground into co-designed and co-implemented solutions with potential impact and rapid uptake across Europe. Through working together directly in real-life settings, public authorities, citizens, and stakeholders develop a shared understanding of the cultural and socioeconomic drivers of change, making sure that the solutions developed to improve soil health are in line with social and economic realities. European funds schemes can further support those solutions.
